In the article the author's reasoned position on the issues of security and self-sufficiency of the income of municipal budgets. The problems of efficient and rational use of fiscal funds into the economy, the necessity of attracting private capital investment projects implemented in the municipalities. Highlighted specific subsidization in various stages of development of the local economy. The view on the problems of optimal decentralization of local government within the concept of sustainable development.
