The summary: This article contains scientific principles to develop optimal organizational and functional mechanism of coordinating the interaction of power and business structures at both the municipal (district) level and at the regional level, based on the coordination of the interacting agents, as well as improving the efficiency of their autonomous and collaborative activities. The proposed approach allows us to implement the task of further developing public-private partnerships.
