Substantiation of marketing approaches to small-scale business development on highly competitive the market of milk and dairy production

In given article it is described possibilities of development of a small-scale business in the regional market of milk and dairy production and as competitiveness increases are the effective marketing approaches directed on all-round and fullest satisfaction of requirements and inquiries of end users. For a victory in competitive opposition to the enterprises it is necessary constantly and to study comprehensively changing requirements of various categories of consumers, to define the factors influencing their behavior.
