Theoretical problems of innovation processes and their impact on the economic development of Russian regions

This article contains information about theoretical issues of innovation processes in the framework of regional innovation systems. Definition of the economic content of the concept of «innovation» depends on what is meant by the category of innovation. Source analysis categories is to consider innovation as object management, develop a set of governing actions aimed at accelerating the building in the regions of Russia innovation economy.
