In connection with global economic integration, business activity is not limited within one country, but expands on a global scale. To engage in business in a particular country, you need to know its laws. At present, Vietnam with its political stability and a good legal climate, it is a safe place for foreign investment. The article examines the history of the emergence and development of the legislation on joint stock companies in Vietnam. This article provides an overview of the legal regulation of joint stock companies and serves as a legal tool for those who engages or will engage in business activities collected in Vietnam in a joint stock company.
