In article questions of economic regulation of nature protection activity on agromeliorative systems are considered. Problems of creation of a financial system, for ensuring formation of fund and an order of its use at the organization of effective introduction of nature protection programs and actions taking into account creation of conditions for normal functioning of investment streams in protection of surrounding environ-ment on the reclaimed lands. Criteria of the mechanism of functioning of an ekologo-financial system in conditions of production of meliorative and water economic works are given.
