Agrarian policy of the region as component of public administration by development of agro-industrial sector

In article the agrarian policy of the state is considered in a context of administrative methodology. The author focuses attention to need of the accounting of regional specifics at implementation of measures of the state economic policy in the sphere of agrarian and indus-trial complex and identifies subject and component components of organizational structure of regional government.
