Современные исследования редко обращаются к вопросам оценки капитала здоровья и процессов его накопления в контексте демографического старения населения и «демографических дивидендов», которые получает общество от реализации ресурсного потенциала старшего поколения. Цель статьи – обозначить концептуальные рамки исследований измерения и оценки капитала здоровья. Методы исследования: эмпирической основой стали данные базы цитирования WoS (N = 320), выгруженные в 2022 году по ключевой фразе «капитал здоровья / health capital». Применен метод индуктивного контент-анализа для классификации научных подходов анализа капитала здоровья по аннотациям публикаций. Результаты: понятие капитала здоровья не сводится к биологическим активам человека, а включает индикаторы влияния социума, природы и мотивации человека, что позволяет накапливать ресурс здоровья на протяжении жизни. Результаты контент-анализа свидетельствуют, что концепция капитала здоровья опирается преимущественно на факторы системы здравоохранения (каждое второе исследование) и окружающей среды. В пандемию наблюдался всплеск исследований, затрагивающих вопросы рабочего капитала здоровья, но обычно с позиций страхования профессиональных рисков и охраны труда. Растет число исследований с позиции культурного капитала здоровья, социальных институтов и инфраструктуры, но количественные оценки тут проводить затруднительно. Выделено шесть подходов к определению капитала здоровья: (1) с позиции потребления «здоровых» и «нездоровых» продуктов; (2) с позиции расходования государственного бюджета на социальные блага; (3) с позиции накопления «эндогенного» человеческого капитала; (4) с позиции инвестиционных затрат на формирование биологических активов; (5) с позиции потребления в зависимости от культуры и образа жизни; (6) с позиции затрат на сохранение окружающей среды.
