Влияние социальных сетей на качество жизни молодежи. Экспериментальная проверка

Современные процессы цифровой трансформации экономики приводят к необходимости оценки их воздействия на качество жизни населения. В рамках исследования проведена экспериментальная проверка влияния социальных сетей, возникающего в том числе вследствие изменения ритуалов межличностного взаимодействия, на субъективную оценку качества жизни студенческой молодежи. В эксперименте приняли участие 256 студентов вузов Новосибирска в возрасте от 17 до 20 лет, в том числе 168 женщин, 88 мужчин. Эксперимент проводился с февраля 2019 года по февраль 2020 года, следовательно, на поведении испытуемых не отразились кризисные явления, связанные со снижением курса рубля и пандемией коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 в России. Для выявления субъективной оценки качества жизни респондентов использовались элементы методики экспресс-диагностики уровня психоэмоционального напряжения О.С. Копиной. В ходе эксперимента обнаружено, что даже кратковременное использование социальных сетей оказывало воздействие на субъективную оценку качества жизни большинства испытуемых. Причем для большинства испытуемых данное воздействие носило негативный характер. Эксперимент также показал, что пребывание в социальных сетях большее негативное воздействие оказывает на субъективную оценку качества жизни со стороны женщин, чем со стороны мужчин. Вид используемой в ходе эксперимента социальной сети (ВКонтакте или Инстаграм) не оказал значимого воздействия на изменение субъективной оценки качества жизни испытуемых, видимо, в силу небольшого интервала времени, в течение которого происходило воздействие социальных сетей на участников эксперимента.
