Mechanisms of public-private partnership in the system of higher education: problems and solutions

This article is devoted to the study of the problems associated with the peculiarities of interaction between government, business organizations and social institutions in the management of higher vocational education. Recommendations to improve the mechanisms of public-private partnerships in higher education, present a proposal for the management of higher education, taking into account the level of competition in the market of educational services in the region.
