Best available technologies as an instrument of reducing the negative impact of oil and gas complex on the environment

In this article the expediency of introducing a regulation reducing the negative environmental impact of oil and gas complex of the «best available technology»; a mechanism is proposed to stimulate modernisation based on them, as well as economic feasibility assessment algorithm implementation of best available technologies in the oil and gas industry.
