Factors of implementation of business strategy in the major corporations in disturbed environment

The article tries to outline the disturbed business environment and identify challenges and contradictions that such an environment imposes on the implementation of the business strategy of a major corporation, “RZD”, under certain conditions of necessary cutting expenses while having many unfinished investment projects. The author suggests a model for the development of national production systems combined with improving the business environment as a way to overcome the potential crisis.
