The article covers urgent questions of reforming the system of the provision of pensions including integration of institutions of basic, funded and insurance pensions. The article views the essential principles of reforming the pension system in the depressive macroregions of the Russian Federation, analyses the structure of pension system and also possible problems and risk situations arising in the course of reforming the institution of pension accruals.
