Promoting economic development of innovative activity in agriculture

For the formation of a coherent system of innovation in agricultural production is advisable to have in its structure reasonable control mechanism interested in mastering innovation. Given the instability of the socio-economic condition of the country, this problem has not yet found a solution. Practical experience and analysis of mechanisms to encourage research and innovation in Russia and in foreign countries allow to conclude that economic incentives for a new science products, its development directly in a production environment contributes not only shorten the promotion of new technologies, technical, chemical and biological agents in agriculture economy, but also accelerate the integration of science and production.
