Monetary and fiscal policy in a system of providing favorable business environment for development of Russian business

The article describes some peculiarities of modern monetary and fiscal policy, offers deoffshorization measures aimed at active growth of real sector of economy, and undertakes system assessment of stimulus role of the tax maneuver and a system of tax regulation which provides economic growth and highlights of business environment for business development. The concept of the tax maneuver aimed at complex realization of economic concerns of the state, largescale companies with the potential for growth and their personnel was defined. It is stated that the tax maneuver assumes some considerable tax burden deduction in order to stimulate further economic growth for business. Thus, while undertaking the tax maneuver, the problem of fundraising which is aimed at substitution of shortfall budget funds becomes more up-to-date.
