Some of the directions of the investment policy in the electric power industry

The Current situation in the Russian energy sector requires the search for effective mechanisms to attract investment. The absence of effective public policies which would promote the flow of investment into the energy sector contributes to the aggravation of the situation. The article contains mechanisms to change the situation in this respect.
