Institutional Factors of the Regional Economic Development

The paper analyzes the institutional factors of the regional economic development and the possibility of it effective integration to international economic relations. Entrepreneurships considered as the economic institute, effectiveness of state support of it depends on informal institutional constraints, adaptive behavior strategies of entrepreneurs. We also describe the basic directions for improving the institutional environment of international economic activity of the region.
