The present stage of world economic development is characterized by an accelerated rate of technological progress and the increasing intellectualization of the main factors of production. Intensive research and development of additional new technologies, go with them to the world markets and the deployment of international integration in the field of research and production in the emerging global economy, in fact, already have strategic model of economic growth for the postindustrial countries.
