Formation of the global economy, capable to function on the scale of the whole world as uniform system, is characterized by prompt development of processes of transnationalization of production and the financial sphere. These processes as a phenomenon of the modern world economy, have under itself an objective basis. Processes of transnationalization are caused by need and possibility of moving of the capital from the countries with its surplus to the countries with its deficiency. In addition, these processes are stimulated with need for decrease in risks through capital placement in the various countries. To Russia which has followed a way of deepening of integration into the world economy, an involvement urgency in transnationalization processes – it is obvious. Today influence of the largest transnational banks in the world markets becomes more and more notable.
