The conceptual model of interaction of banks and counterparties in case of non-standard events of external environment

The article considers new technologies of credit risk-management, connected to providing of development of real production in the context of economic development and evaluation of the manageable level of the credit risk. The author offers the conceptual model of positive interaction of a corporate sector, bank institutions and a state in the field of an institutional modeling of a business environment as new intellectual technologies of the credit rating can be the source of information for decision making.
