In article the main tendencies in the field of strategic management are allocated, author's definition of concept «ecological responsibility of business» is offered. On the basis of the carried-out analysis classification of types of management by the enterprises from positions of ecological responsibility of business and as recommendations about formation of strategy of management by the organization on the basis of principles of ecological responsibility of business become is offered.
